🕒 Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • During high-demand periods (festive sales, seasonal offers), order processing may take an additional 1–2 days.


📦 Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure timely delivery across India.

🚫 Delivery Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship only within India.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or remote areas not serviced by our courier partners.

  • If your area is unserviceable, our team will contact you for alternate delivery arrangements.


💳 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link.
You can also track your order anytime from your “My Account → Track Order” section.


🧾 Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot guarantee address changes after order confirmation since orders are processed quickly.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on selected pin codes only.

  • Customers are required to pay the exact order amount at the time of delivery.

  • Repeated COD order cancellations may lead to account restrictions.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check your tracking status.

  2. Verify that the address provided was correct.

  3. Contact our support team — we’ll coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.
