🛍️ 1. How do I place an order on DashionD?
Placing an order is simple:

Browse our collections and select your desired product.

Choose the correct size and color.

Click Add to Cart, then proceed to Checkout.

Fill in your shipping and payment details, and confirm the order.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after successful payment.
📦 2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Express delivery is available for faster service (2–3 business days).
🚚 3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most locations across India.
A small COD handling fee may apply. You’ll see this fee (if applicable) at checkout.
💸 4. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email and SMS.
You can also log in to your account and visit the “Track Order” page for live updates.
🔄 5. What is your return and cancellation policy?

Returns are not acceptable for now. we are working on it.

📏 6. How do I choose the right size?
Every product page includes a Size Guide link.
Please refer to the measurements provided to find your ideal fit.

🧾 8. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You can cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once shipped, the order cannot be changed, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
🧺 9. What should I do if I receive a wrong or damaged product?
We’re sorry for the inconvenience!
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged/wrong item.
We’ll resolve the issue immediately through replacement or refund.

Currently, we ship only within India.
We are working on expanding international shipping soon — stay tuned!
🎁 12. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?
Yes! You can select “Gift Wrap” at checkout for a small additional charge.
You can also add a personalized note during checkout, and we’ll include it in your package.
